Fremont County in eastern Idaho
eastern Clark County in eastern Idaho
northeastern Cassia County in south central Idaho
extreme north central Franklin County in southeast Idaho
Madison County in southeast Idaho
Bannock County in southeast Idaho
Power County in southeast Idaho
Bonneville County in southeast Idaho
eastern Bingham County in southeast Idaho
Jefferson County in southeast Idaho
Teton County in southeast Idaho
extreme north central Oneida County in southeast Idaho
Caribou County in southeast Idaho
northern Bear Lake County in southeast Idaho

Areas of fog were noted across much of the upper and lower Snake
River Plain and eastern Highlands this morning. Motorists traveling
through southeast Idaho this morning should be prepared for patchy
dense fog at times with visibility reduced to 1/4 mile. Motorists
should also use caution on local roadways where recent precipitation
has frozen producing black ice.
