 Wind Advisory  Statement as of 6:13 am PDT on March 28, 2015


... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 11 am PDT this morning...

* winds... southwest 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* Timing... winds will likely peak this morning between 6 am and 9
am... and gradually decrease through the day. Gusts in the 25 to
30 mph range will be common during the afternoon.

* Impacts... high profile vehicles traveling north-south along
highways 195 and 95 will experience strong cross winds this
morning. Motorists using Highway 12 over Alpowa Summit will also
experience localized cross winds.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 30 to 45 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult... especially for
high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
